Quick Observation "Shooting you straight " (as we like to say in Texas, which is synonymous with "to tell you the truth " ), I thought Keith's presentation was one of the best IBM presentations I've seen in a long time. It was well organized, full of meaningful and funny graphics, and the content should be very useful to all viewers.
