Today Ember reminded me of why I like IDUG conferences so much - when you hear "real" DB2 users and consultants speak, you get to learn from their experiences at "the school of hard knocks". There's not much sense in getting your own forehead bloodied by mistakes if you can learn from the wisdom and experiences of others. And, as anticipated, Ember Crooks gave the DB2 community several valuable gifts from her vast experiences today.
Ember Crooks is the author of the DB2Commerce.com blogs. While she and her organization, Rosetta, specialize in e-Commerce databases, Ember's blog posts explore many useful and interesting facets of DB2 LUW in general. Ember was also a finalist contestant in 2012's DB2's GOT TALENT contest - check it out.
